Ed Ritter
Ed is the founder and visionary for the growth of Ritter’s over the past 25 years. He brings a unique background that has resulted in an organization that helps bring marketing and business success to Ritter’s clients.
Ed spent 20 years working in the large scale computer industry as a systems engineer for Sperry Rand and Honeywell. He served as Director of Information Systems for First Federal Savings & Loan of Rochester, New York and for a major division of Citibank. Ed made the transition to banking, ultimately serving as a Director of banks both in New York and Florida. This combination of familiarity and use of cutting edge technology with a proven business background has allowed Ed to guide Ritter’s to become a trusted partner with our customers. Ed and co-founder, wife Mary, love to travel. Both hold degrees from Syracuse University.
Rosalind Ritter
Roz has worked at Ritter’s for 25 years and currently serves as head of the graphics department. She is involved in all areas of the business, and is a specialist in digital variable data. Roz is a graduate of Le Moyne College and a member and former President of the Rotary Club of Pompano Beach. She enjoys cooking, shopping and her cats.
Jennifer Ritter Kelly
A part of Ritter’s since 1989, Jenny takes a very “hands-on” approach with her clients, putting her years of marketing experience to work to create unique campaigns developed around the clients’ goals and objectives. A graduate of Cornell University, Jenny also holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is active in community affairs, including Women’s Executive Club (President 2009-2010), Leadership Ft. Lauderdale and Tidings of Joy. Jenny enjoys running, reading and travel.

Michael Ritter
Mike has over 23 years of experience in the Graphic Communications industry. He is a graduate of Florida International University, has served as President of the local Rotary Club, and is on the Board of Directors for the Florida Direct Marketing Association (FDMA). He is also a graduate of Leadership Ft. Lauderdale. As a professional Print Consultant, Michael has helped numerous clients work smarter, more efficiently and more profitably. He enjoys weight training and football.

Steven Ritter
Steve has over 20 years experience in the Graphic Communications industry. Steve began at Ritter’s in production doing typesetting and bindery work, and launched Ritter’s Direct Mail Services Department fifteen years ago. Currently serving in the role of President, Steve is responsible for all technology-based solutions for Ritter’s, and our customers. He handles management and long-term strategic planning. In his free time, Steve enjoys boating and cooking.
Bill Kelly
Bill joined the Ritter’s Team in 2005 and serves as our Direct Mail Manager. With his knowledge of postal regulations and determination to “get the mail out”, he has brought enthusiasm and tenacity to the mail department which has grown dramatically since his arrival. Bill is a board member of the USPS Postal Customer Council. Bill enjoys spending time with his family - his wife Jenny and their beautiful daughter.
