File Submission Checklist

WE ACCEPT PDF, EPS, TIFF, QUARK, ILLUSTRATOR, INDESIGN FILES
PACKAGING
To collect all items pertaining to a file use the following function in software package:

INDESIGN:

1. File / Package
2. Follow instructions
3. Click boxes to include fonts and links
4. Submit

1. File / Collect for output
2. Follow instructions
3. Click all 6 boxes in COLLECT box
4. Submit

1. File / Pack
2. Go / Send to Ritter's Communications
3. Follow instructions
4. Click all 3 boxes under include fonts and graphics.
   (Graphics grabbed from the internet will print in low resolution)
5. Submit

1. Try to make a PDF from your Word document and submit to Ritter's Communications. If not, please supply hard proof of final version and / or supply fonts used. (Images grabbed from the internet will print in low 72 resolution dpi)
